One more thing...
It appears as though I haven't updated the house situation in awhile. Steve and I have made it through the housing inspection on this one, and we're hoping to close on or before the 27th of this month. This house is significantly smaller than the last one, but it's in WAY better shape and there isn't much that needs to be fixed. I really like it alot! Last time it seemed that the whole house buying process was just zooming along, and I wanted it to slow down, but this time, I just want to move in...
